I waited a few weeks for the phone due to unexpected delays. When I contacted them, they were rly good and courteous and even gave me a token gift as a gesture of apology.
The phone was in very good condition I d say, when I chose good so pleased there.
Overall I d recommend, but they could improve clarity on their dispatch times.
