Avoid! Worst company I have ever dealt with,

Avoid! Worst company I have ever dealt with,
Advertised an ipad, which I paid for immediately, it never materialised,I never got the ipad,just lies and false promises.
so I cancelled order and wanted a full refund,
I was told upto 14days for refund,
14 days passed, more lies,
They then said I would have to wait for upto another 3 weeks, more lies,
All the time blaming covid 19 for staff issues in the accounts department.
It doesn't take 2 mths to refund money I'm not bothered how short staff you say you are.

I have now got my bank returning me the money.
