Don't use this company. We used them a year or so ago and they were good - something has gone wrong. We sent our phone in over 2 weeks ago, they are not answering the phone and not responding to emails - only their automated system is working - so I'm guessing they are still accepting orders and taking people's money. I am seriously concerned about our phone now, I just hope we see it again.
