I ordered a new phone from this company on the 19th of December and have had to contact them on numerous occasions to find out what is happening to be given same old, we are having some delays and you are on the priority list and still no product or refund on the 4th of January. all they are happy to do is take your money! I will be taking further action if you fail to refund me!
