I ordered an iPhone 7 plus on 27th February and expected the phone to turn up. 10 working days later I enquired to where the phone was as I had still not received it. I was told the phone had been delayed in quality control and would be another week. I waited and after a week still did not receive. I then emailed again and given the same generic email it had been delayed in quality control. I asked for a refund on 19th March to which they said I would have to wait 14 working days. That is today and still no money received. I am taking this further and pursuing this I don't live that far away and will personally go there even though they have already told me its not open to the public. I want my money back.

I don't understand how a company can advertise something they haven't got or is not the proper standard to sell. Surely they should go through quality control first before advertising them and be at the standard they should be to sell.

Ordered a phone, 16 working days ago still not been dispatched, customer service is horrendous no contact phone number so have to email only to receive copy and paste emails with generic content and nothing actually concerning the order. Also everything gets blamed on the dispatch manager! now waiting for a refund which apparently take 14 working days to process. After reading other reviews it's like I'm on for a fight to get my money back.... don't use this company very big chance you won't get your phone or your refund with out a 100 emails and stress.

Right now I should be entitled to an explanation on where my order is but the customer service have been saying the same thing for the last 7 days, it has to go through the quality team before dispatch which makes no sense to me because the phones should not be published as refurbished for buyers to purchase if they haven t been through quality control and then... to make the customer wait upto 2 weeks and in many cases as reading through other comments longer time to receive their paid for phone is beyond me and the most dreadful service I ve come across in my lifetime of online shopping.

They do not have a resolution to resolve the matter other than waiting 14 days for a refund? But they are quick enough to take my money within a second? I would not be surprised this company is closed down by trading standards within this year.

Customer service all have to offer is that I will receive an email from the courier when the phone is being dispatched and they cannot give me a timeframe or date or even check up on the order?

Again sounds very wrong to me, don t do the mistake I did and pay for the phone and be tricked into a quick service because it honestly is the most anxious purchase I ve come across.

Firstly it says it takes 7 days to dispatch, it actually took 10 and when I emailed to chase I got a short, blunt email saying it takes 7 days. But it was in December so I can imagine they were busy so I ll let them off with that one.
However for me the phone they delivered wasn t pristine . It had a series of scuffs/scratches all along the bottom edge of the glass. Unfortunately as this was a Christmas present for my wife, and it turned up a few days before we flew out to Australia I had no choice and didn t have time to return and wait for a replacement. My wife immediately noticed it which was a shame, but ultimately she s happy to have a newer phone than she had.
If I had more time I d of returned the phone and complained.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 6s in good condition. It looks new and unused and there are no problems with the phone itself so far. Great deal, great price. Only thing is that the shipment took a bit of time but it's said on the website it could take up to 10 working days so that's not really an issue. Worth the wait!

I ordered a replacement iPhone5C at a reasonable price from Quick Mobile Fix, which was promised in 3-5 working days.

After over 2 weeks of ringing, being promised a priority delivery the next day, and no phone ever being dispatched, I'd had enough and cancelled my order (I suspect QMF sold me a phone that they didn't actually have). I was then promised a refund in 3-5 working days.

It's now 10 days later and, surprise surprise, I am yet to be refunded. I'll be taking legal action unless I'm refunded within 48 hours.

Would definitely recommend and use again! I have to say I was a bit dubious about sending my phone off for valuation and sale as you hear lots of bad stuff about people being ripped off or being offered less than originally quoted, and I've never done it before. However I was very pleasantly surprised to receive plenty of email communication which was very clear, and also to receive the amount I was quoted and within the 5 day limit. The packaging instructions were also very simple and clear to me. I look forward to using this company again and would also consider buying from them.

Firstly they don't deliver remotely within their time frames. Then when you chase them up they slowly get back to you with another fictional date and so it goes on. then they make a promise on a refund (as you haven't actually received the phone you ordered). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Original delivery of the phone was delayed. It then developed a fault after 5 months. I returned it for repair and it has taken them 2 MONTHS to do this. Their own stated time for repair is 5 working days - what a joke that they should call themselves Quick Mobile Fix!!! I requested a full refund due to the length of time they were taking, but they ignored this and just said they were very busy and it would take an additional 3 days. I have had to purchase another phone. If you try to call them they never answer just keep you on hold. I have raised a Section 75 Claim through my credit card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Funny how now that I have posted a negative review, they post a response advising they will look into it to ensure I don't have the same experience again in the future - What use is this to me as I will never buy anything from them ever again??? They have had the phone 2 months out of the 7 months it has been purchased and I had to buy another phone as could not be left without. Absolute joke of a company who do not care about customer's at all. I hope they go out of business asap.

Helpful customer service team and the phone was returned within 5 working days - well packaged and repaired.

The phone is great, as is the customer service but just a word of warning it takes over 30mins to get through to customer service on the phone, and emails take a while to be answered, a real shame as when you do finally get through the service is good - need to invest in some more customer service agents.

Not only will they keep you waiting for your phone.

When you receive it will breakdown and they take forever to answer the phone and even longer to send it back to you when you need it the most.

I ve long gotten rid of the phone as kept being returned with even more faults, I just got more annoyed when now that they ve sent me an email newsletter which reminded me of them.

They take the money off your credit card the instant you place the order but then hang onto the money for up to 14 days when you ask for a refund, which we still haven't received. I cannot rate Quick Mobile Fix low enough - I'm forced to give a one-star rating to leave this message. Our family has lost considerable time, money and patience with this organisation. I would also warn that components used in repairs are unapproved and therefore may not be compliant with applicable performance and safety standards.

Sold iPhone to company, but after they found a fault on the phone, they initial offer was lowered, and I rejected this amount, expecting the phone to be returned.

However after 3 months I have yet to receive the phone back. The customer service have been very polite, however there has been no update or response from the recycling manager and everything has been so slow. Even at the initial process they didn't get postage information or send a confirmation of my order number.

Very disappointed with the whole process and would like some sort of compensation from this.

I was told that covid had restricted testing capacity and was promised dispatch in 3 to 5 working days. 5 working days later, no sign of dispatch and no communication.

Kept getting promises of quality testing and that the phone was due to be dispatched at "the end of next week". This was every fortnight. Never again! Was a long drawn out process from start to finish. I sold 2 handsets both posted on same day. First one was delivered and processed within 2 days, payment took 8 days to arrive. Second phone took 20 days from start to finish. Processing is relatively quick but the payment process is a joke. Why does it take 8 days to do bank transfer. Learnt my lesson. Just because someone offers you a slightly better deal it s not always worth it.

I ordered an iPhone 6S on the 14th November 2017, from Quick Mobile Fix, which was promised in 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later the 28th November 2017, I received my order which was after me contacting Quick Mobile Fix, via online chat and numerous telephone calls. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that there was no communication in explaining the long delay to myself. Not good customer service at all. I suspect Quick Mobile Fix sold me a phone that they didn't have.

On receiving the iPhone, it needed to be updated with the latest IOS software, via iTunes, which then came apparent that the home screen button on the iPhone was not working, very disappointed as the iPhone was a birthday present what didn t actually work. I had to take it to another phone shop to get it repaired the same day, as my trust with the Quick Mobile Fix is zero. Another additional cost due to Quick Mobile Fix sending faulty goods out. Despite providing copies of payments made, no reimbursements have been received.

Quick Mobile Fix = Dishonest, disgraceful, immoral company. Quick enough to take your money, but unable to complete and fulfil orders.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Still waiting for an order I placed 2 weeks ago! From the reviews here it seems cancelling the order and asking for a refund is even worse!

I will update my review when I get my order next week as it has been promised. Only other alternative is to file a fraud complaint. It is unthinkable that they are still accepting orders through their website for a product they can t deliver.

I ordered a I phone 7 for my sons birthday on the 17th January and today it would be another week before it could even be dispatched so all in all a month near enough, now been told it will be 14 days for a refund. Phone ordered end of April, +20 emails and as many different advisors later; no apologies tbh one person apologise for the delay because I asked for it, no phone and extremely frustrated with the 20min wait on the phone to not even be able to speak to someone!

I waited a month and on the last message an advisor told me that they would sent it again but the tracking number show no movement 3 days later.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Literally the worst experience I could have imagined. Ordered refurbished iPhone X. Took nearly a month to arrive. Then days after getting it set up the battery was in shocking order, draining very quickly, the speaker was broken and the screen became unresponsive. I emailed and managed to get them to agree to fix the problems, sent off the phone and since then have had nothing but problems. They originally said it would take 5-7 working days to fix and send back, which then passed and when prompted was extended to 2 weeks. I was then told my case had been brought to management's attention and would be put to the top of the priority list, but still received incorrect information and didn't get my phone back for another 3 weeks after that, all the while me losing money on my sim contract and having no phone to use - v inconvenient. I then received the phone back and now 2 weeks later it is saying the battery needs servicing and that 'battery health is significantly degraded'. I dread to think what's going to happen next in terms of dealing with them. Wish i'd never bought from them.

Emailed and they told to send back for repairs with accompanying return slip (none provided). 3 weeks of back-and-forth over email trying to get them to send it to me again. They eventually did and I sent back - they have received it (can check with courier), but haven't sent phone back or any communication. Have stopped replying to my emails, online live-chat is never online, and when you phone up you're told they don't take phone calls anymore.

The only contact I have is someone on the live chat telling me she is looking into this. It has been over a week she is looking into this, how hard is it to trace a payment.
