AVOID! SCAMMERS! READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY paid for mobile but they did not send. Kept fobbing me off with no staff due to covid to complete "quality control" .Shouldn't have advertised a phone that hadn't past these checks in first instance. Requested refund and was told 14 days. No refund but when emailed they said another month as "finance department " short staffed due to covid. Reported to Trading Standards. These people don't care. They take your money for non existing phone then continue to lie to you. Wish I read other reviews before handing over my money
