Lucie Medlin Review of Quick Mobile Fix

Unfortunately I am now having to seek legal advice, as when using Quick Mobile Fix's free post return label, my phone was lost in the Royal Mail system. It was posted on the 23rd April on a 2-3 day service and the tracking has not been updated since it stated it was posted. Having contacted Quick Mobile Fix I was told that it is them that would need to make a claim with Royal Mail to get the cost of my device back, but since having been told that, I have had no confirmation that this claim has been made. I was explicitly told that contact had been made with Royal Mail and that the claim would be made on the 3rd May, but this has not happened. I am now completely unable to get hold of Quick Mobile fix by phone or email. This leaves me completely out of pocket as I have neither the phone, nor the money I am owed, and I have no way of getting this money back from Royal Mail myself. My recommendation is to not use Quick Mobile Fix as their customer service is simply terrible. I must have spent over six hours on the phone trying to get through to someone, and have never been able to get even an answer to my calls.
