All comments about this company are true. I needed phone for my graduation and upcoming holidays, 3 weeks passed still haven't received my phone, just vague/generic responses from customer service. I haven't requested a refund yet. But will do if the phone won't be delivered by the next week. I honestly think I won't get the phone that I bought nor my money back. Will definitely go for a claim.
