My partner ordered a mobile for me for my birthday...

My partner ordered a mobile for me for my birthday, as there was no response from them in over a month and no phone was supplied so he cancelled the order on 13th of January. He still has not received a refund after 5 Weeks. He has mailed on several occasions but they never reply and now have no phone to call them on. Stay away from this company they are useless!!
