Ordered a phone which I expected within 5-7 working days. Received a canned email saying they ve looked into this personally and apologies but will be a delay of a further 2-4 working days. Requested a proper response and just got fobbed off with another canned response. Customer service is awful. Recommend one of the many sellers on eBay. I have used them before and prove a much faster service than this.
