I would call them cowboys.....but that's an insult...
I would call them cowboys.....but that's an insult to cowboys?! At least cowboys do a job, even a bad one. Ordered a phone in July, was listed on their site as available when it clearly wasn't, as the day after ordering I received an email asking me to accept a different phone. I refused, call me old fashioned but if you advertise a product, you should sell that product. I waited 5 and a half weeks for the phone with lies that the postage team had it for final quality checks. They didn't. I then lost patience and cancelled it in mid August. As of 19th October I still don't have a refund even though it was guaranteed by the customer service team to be in my account by the 30th September!? They have now stopped communicating with me and are ignoring my emails. A section 75 process has now been started with my card company. If I was you and your waiting for a refund, go to small claims court, if your a potential customer try any other option and if you can't find any other alternatives then I'll send you 2 yoghurt pots and a piece of string! It will be more reliable than this absolute circus of a company.
