Sent in a sony xperia Z3 with a cracked front screen. The repair took 2 weeks from when they received it (not the 24-48 hours stated) and it came back with a broken lcd. The then agreed to repair it for free, refused to refund, then sent it back again broken this time worse than when originally sent in
