After returning the phone twice they shipped a phone that had a broken screen. It could not possibly have been done in transit. No damage to the box and it was really well packaged. Returned it a third time and received it back and the camera still doesnt work. They said they had fixed it the 2nd time they fixed it. No surprises they havent!


in Feburary 2018 and they have never supplied a working phone. They also refuse to refund my money! They are a dreadful company who behave like its the customers fault they haven't supplied what they committed to.

Still have not received a phone ordered over three weeks ago. Any emails to customer service are replied to with the same generic emails that many other reviews are reporting citing reasons of testing, shipping and supply problems. The phone I ordered has still been listed as in stock throughout the entire process. I would cancel the order if I could. Don't use this company, they have terrible customer and do not fulfill their advertised service.

They never ever answer there phone it always gives a busy / engaged tone and never respond to emails I can t believe they re still aloud to trade.

Avoid this company at all costs. My order number is ID221264 I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for an iPhone to be dispatched. After contacting them several times, they fobbed me off by saying "it will be dispatched within the next 48 hours." Surprise surprise this never happened. They also gave me different excuses as to why there is a delay, firstly "quality control issues" then "a high influx of orders." When you try to call them the phone just keeps ringing for ages. I have finally decided to cancel the order altogether - I can only imagine how long it's going to take to get my money back... I'm also almost certain that all of the good reviews are fake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I can not express what a shocking service this is. We have used quick fix previously and had no issues but over the past few months this service has become unreliable, absolutely appalling customer care and not delivering the goods.
We are currently waiting on a refund (now nearly 2 months later)for a device that was ordered mid December and never sent and now waiting for a repair that has failed to needs be re done.
The communication is so poor. I would absolutely urge you to not use this service unless you have time on your hands to waste chasing your device or money!!

FRAUD. Good reviews are definitely fake. Don't buy anything from this shop. Please learn from my mistake. I ordered an iPhone, but nothing was sent for two weeks. I emailed them, and they finally told me my payment was flagged as high risk, which never happened to me before. I thought my payment didn't go through. So I tried again, and they told me the same.
However, it turned out that my payment did go through without any problem. So they got my money TWICE and didn't send me a single phone. I called them, but they refused to refund me saying it's a fault of my credit card which is NOT.


Seeing the number of people who haven't got either refund or phone, we can actually make this into a class suit. It's such a fool of me that I didn't check this review feed before the purchase.

They barely responded to me , even when they replied it was vague messages. I have requested my refund back and they said 14working days still haven t gotten my money back. I have alerted my bank requesting for a deposit through them and I would also be making a police complaint. They are a fraud , do not order nothing from them. Bought a phone which never arrived. Once I took a look at the online reviews I could see they got a LOT of bad reviews and knew I had made a mistake. After over two weeks I gave up and got a phone elsewhere which arrived in a couple of days. I have been trying to get a refund from these guys for over a month. Every email is signed by a different person who gives a different stalling excuse and promises that someone will call you or do something but nothing ever happens.

I guess they will carry on as long as there are enough fools like me who will send them money without checking online reviews first. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I ordered a phone last month to replace my faulty one but it never came in the estimated delivery time promised. As I was in a desperate need of a phone, I had to cancel the order and request a refund. They promised a refund within the next 10 to 14 working days. As expected, they've been late at refunding me as well. I have emailed them several times and every time they promise me the money will be in my account the next day. Every time I check my bank account, no refund has been processed. I really wish they would be honest with me, right now, I fear that I've been set up and that they are scamming me. UPDATE: Despite the company advising that they will contact me I have still in fact not been responded to. As I have advised them, if I am not contacted and this matter resolved to my satisfaction by the end of the day I will be filing a claim with the small claims court. Seems to be, from what I have heard from other groups of unhappy customers, the only way to obtain payment! I would urge anyone else having these issues to do the same!!
If it was possible to leave a review of 0 stars then I would, without hesitation. This has been one of the worst, if not THE worst, customer service experiences I have ever dealt with and I would urge anyone debating on ordering through Quick Mobile Fix to think twice.
I held off on posting any reviews in the hopes that my issues would be resolved but I feel like all hope is completely lost. 2 and a half months down the line and I am absolutely no further forward.
I purchased an iPhone for my grandfather on 20/08/18. To cut a long story short, the phone arrived after an extensive delivery period (much like everyone else who reviews this company mentions) which wasn t really an issue to me. When I tested the phone it was faulty and I contacted the company immediately.

Firstly, their telephone customer service line is an absolute joke at best. They NEVER answer and it became pointless even trying to contact them this way. I then proceeded to have an email exchange with various individuals from the customer service team over a period of 4 days which consisted of me repeatedly requesting details of how to return the device for a refund and being completely ignored and advised to send it in for a repair. I was conscious of my 14 day money back guarantee and wanted to look elsewhere for a phone at this point.

I returned the phone and it was confirmed via email as received on 21/09/18 (even though on the online tracker it was confirmed as received a day earlier than this). In the confirmation email I was advised that the refund process can take between 10-14 working days which would imply that I was to receive a refund by 11/10/18 at the latest, if we are basing it on the dates of the confirmation email. I still to this day have no refund. Almost 30 days since they confirmed the refund as having been processed. I contacted customer support (again via email due to no success over the phone) on 26th October and was told the finance department would look into this. I then emailed on the 30th October as I had still received no response, I was told it had been escalated to the finance manager. I have now sent a further two emails and countless unanswered phone calls, only to be ignored altogether this time.

This is absolutely appalling customer service and I regret the day I ever came accross Quick Mobile Fix. All I want is a refund of my Grandfathers hard earned money for an item I purchased which you have confirmed as returned!!!!

Have now, unfortunately, read the reviews of the company stating that they are unreliable, scammers, and that this level of customer service is what they provide across the board, as well as reviews from previous employees stating that the level of refurbishment on the phones is substandard at best.

The promised 'up to seven working days for delivery' of my order is Monday so I will await an update by then, but am feeling far from hopeful.

Update: received an actual phone call from a man called Lee, who was actually helpful and seemed to have some customer service experience, after posting my review on Friday. He confirmed I would receive a further update today (Monday) as it was the seventh working day. Received an email from one of the less helpful members of the team this morning confirming I would receive an update by the end of the day. Of course, I received no such thing. Therefore my phone is now late and I have zero idea of when it might be received. Ordering through this inept company was a huge mistake. Avoid at all costs.

Further Update: Finally received phone - ironically after I had just been told it would take at least another 10 days and I tried to cancel the order. Item was a different colour to the one ordered and when I tried setting up, Quick Start did not work. If it was a different company, I would ask for a refund or a different phone, however knowing how long this process would take, if it was ever resolved, I will keep the phone for now and see whether I encounter any further issues.

Laughably, the last email I received from them stated 'we are always happy to help'. This was from the least helpful customer service representative I have ever encountered (I will name no names otherwise I suspect my review will disappear) and I'm not sure whether it was meant to be ironic or not!

Final Update: Phone only works sporadically, has 'no service' 90% of the time (in same area as previous phone had full coverage).
Needs to be returned but struggling with the energy to do battle with this awful company again.

Appalling. Really disappointed with the overall company in all honestly, from not only the customer service team to the social media team.

Following my partner receiving his order and opening an apparent Prestine Condition iPhone 6 we were both quite shocked for there to be a crack at the top of the screen. Then going back and checking order confirmation, we knew he had definitely ordered and payed for this.

Since this both myself and my partner had tried to contact customer services multiple times a day with no chance of getting through whatsoever! Also sending emails and receiving none if not completely useless emails at that. The only way of receiving a reply within 24hrs is through social media, usually twitter. And these are also completely unhelpful, unreliable and useless to anybody. Hadn t even considered that we would have an experience like this as it is called quick mobile fix , very rarely quick and if any part is quick it s significantly unhelpful.

After finally getting in contact with you by phone which was an actually miracle, the person working within customer services seemed unbothered by this and it was clear they are used to hearing complaints of this sort. We then sent pictures of the damaged phone and due to there being no report made within 7 days of receiving the phone( due to no fault of our own but to there phone lines and unhelpful staff) , it would have to be passed onto a manager. This seems like an extremely long process for a regular problem as I see all across reviews. Not happy at all.

Their phone line and web chat are NEVER available and they take days to respond via email. They have had my phone for almost a month and have still not sent it back. 1. Bought a refurbished iPhone. Screen was jumpy and not very responsive. Sent back and gave a full refund
Verdict: Phone should not have been sent in less than full working condition
Having said that, apart from time, there was no additional cost to me and refund was handled promptly with no quibble.

2. Sent another iPhone for charging dock repair. Handled promptly. I like the clear pricing structure. Phone repaired and returned within a few days - faster than I could get done locally!
Verdict: 5 star - very happy with service and quality of repair.

3. Bought another refurbished iPhone - thought I'd give this company another try as price is good, especially after good repair service (#2).
Screen worked ok but now internal clock refuses to give correct time despite multiple factory resets. Called and complained, explaining this is second attempt to buy a refurbished phone. I expect phone to be sold in good working condition.
Sent back phone with request to either repair, replace or refund.
Verdict: Complaint call handled politely and efficiently. Return label sent via email promptly.
Within a few hours-1 day of receiving the returned phone, they communicated via email that they were sending a replacement phone. Replacement phone now received and all seem to be working fine.

Overall happy with service. Unfortunate problems with purchasing the refurbished phones but the complaints were handled courteously and efficiently.

I would buy from this company again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! My husband bought a phone... within 2 weeks, it stopped working, they took a long time in getting back to him and eventually sent him a replacement phone.

This then stopped working within 2 weeks, so he went through the whole process again. As they took so long to sort it out, he had no choice but to buy a phone from another company, waiting for the refund from Quick Mobile Fix, as he reported the fault within warranty.

They have now said that he is not entitled to a refund, only an exchange. He has no need for this as he had to go elsewhere to get a working phone, and they are replying to all emails with one line, simply saying he cannot get a refund.

It is incredibly infuriating and we are now going to have to look into legal action, which is something we hoped we would not have to do.

Don't waste your time and energy, do not give them your money, you may not get it back.

Order placed and cancelled in 23rd October was told refund would be with me in 14 working days. I have been ignored via emails for 2 weeks and then recieve an email today saying my refund will be refunded "by the end of the day on december 10th" that will be 9 weeks from cancellation! Do not use this company!! I have complained to trading standards and the financial ombudsman
*edit* it is now the 11th December and guess what no refund! How difficult is it to refund someone back!! I can see this going on for many more months+!

Appalling experience. Ordered and paid for Iphone 7plus 6 weeks ago. Didn't receive phone after 2wks so contacted QMF by email to be told there'd be another 2wk wait. They offered to cancel order and refund which I accepted. Refund should have been made within 14 working days. We are now on day 20 and still no refund or acknowledgement of further emails I have sent to them over the past week. Managed to make contact through their "live chat" this week to be told refunds are handled by a different department and I have to wait another 48hrs for them to even look at sorting this out. I will NEVER use them again nor recommend them and would urge anyone considering using them to think twice. Considering taking legal action.
