ID307647. It often feels you are dealing with computerised responses and trying to get anywhere with this company is incredibly frustrating.

We have made previous purchases that have been fine however if there IS a problem or a fault they don t want to know.

We purchased a handset for a member of staff that arrived with a faulty microphone. Quickfix (ironically named!) insisted we pay for shipping. Although, I m still unclear if I am talking to a computer or human!
