Appalling experience. Ordered and paid for Iphone 7plus 6 weeks ago. Didn't receive phone after 2wks so contacted QMF by email to be told there'd be another 2wk wait. They offered to cancel order and refund which I accepted. Refund should have been made within 14 working days. We are now on day 20 and still no refund or acknowledgement of further emails I have sent to them over the past week. Managed to make contact through their "live chat" this week to be told refunds are handled by a different department and I have to wait another 48hrs for them to even look at sorting this out. I will NEVER use them again nor recommend them and would urge anyone considering using them to think twice. Considering taking legal action.
