My daughter and I still have no idea if this will arrive in time. I have tried to speak to a customer rep who incidentally promised a call back yesterday which didn t happen. I have been ringing since 9 am and after waiting 35 minutes was disconnected. I am now unable to contact anyone as it is permanently engaged. DO NOT USE this company. I will be seeking a full refund if my phone isn t despatched by 12 pm today. Do not need this stress at Christmas time. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!
