Hey Quick Mobile Fix, i have contacted you time time and time again to hear the same thing "it'll be dispatched in the next few days", "its been moved to the front", "there was a problem with quality control".... its now been a month (as you can see by the attached image). I had order a phone from you before which was perfect, in great condition and came in good time, i am really disappointed by your service now, your customer service team seems to know nothing, or everyone seems to know nothing... all i would like is a phone, i have contacted you on numerous modes of communication and would just like clear answers. my id number is 158584. please sort this out!!! IT HAS BEEN A MONTH
