I ordered a iPad in oct 2019 never recieved the ipad been given the run around till Jan 20 now wont returned my e mails. They are robbing people blind court action pending !

Quiet possibly the worst company I have ever used to purchase anything from, I ordered a good condition iPhone 8 it came with marks on every corner and chipped back glass, when I spoke to the online chat they gave me a generic respone they probably sent to all customers, I asked if I could upgrade to a grade A and asked what condition that would be in, they responded with light scratches which is the same as a grade C this company is very incompetent, unprofessional and all round trash, would never use again and suggest anyone to go elsewhere.

I placed an order on the 6th of December which hadn't arrived by January 6th.

I requested a refund and 3 weeks later still do not have my money back.

Customer service were borderline offensive.

I have no doubt that they never had the stock they claimed and were just hoping I would give up.

Excellent value for money mobile was in immaculate condition however the home button on the iPhone would stick a lot so whenever I pressed it it would think I was holding it down to speak to Siri which was a little annoying and unfortunately the button fell off all together so I've had to order a new one only a couple of quid so I'm not too bothered but would definitely recommend this site!

3 weeks to repair a broken screen. No communication throughout and had to keep chasing. to top it all off 3 weeks later they advise me there are additional costs. Be warned quick by name but nothing quick about the repair apart from to try and stick you for extra cost for diagnostics!!!
Can never get through on customer service number and staff generally unhelpfull!!

Phone has been paid since May and we are the 29 of august if I didn't bought it for my mum I wouldn't be wishing so bad for your company to burn.

3 August sent me the wrong phone - requested unlocked and they sent me a locked phone. They asked me to send it back which I did and they received it on 6 Aug. Sent me an excuse that they needed pass code for phone which I sent them. Told me a refund would be with me 10 - 14 days !! 16th day and still waiting. You cannot ever get through on the phone they only send generic emails to you. They have stole my money and now taking legal action. Avoid this company at all costs and read the reviews first

Terrible experience and would never use this company again. Ordered phone in August 2019, arrived late and was faulty. Finally, 6 weeks later a replacement was sent and that was faulty too. Requested refund which at first they refused then finally agreed to only after I had logged a complaint with the Martin Lewis "Resolver" website. However, they DID NOT refund me so I contacted my credit card company who provided me with a refund and who have now taken up the case against QuickMobileFix. They get one star because i cannot give zero star rating - as I said, a terrible experience and awful to deal with. My recommendation based on what happened to me is....AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
My son ordered an IPhone, didn t arrive when stated. Couldn t give a delivery date. Requested a refund, told 14 working days. No refund received after 15 working days, now given another refund date of the end of October. Absolutely disgraceful service. Not worth the stress and disappointment. Only gave 1* as no option for less.

This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have had to send the phone I purchased back 3 times. Each time the phone has been returned in even worse condition than before it was sent, (also taking 3-5 weeks to come back). I have requested a refund, after ignoring my request for 3 months, the company is now refusing to refund. DO NOT USE THEM. I am now going to have to attempt to claim the money back via the credit card company or take them to the small claims court.

Very fast service, cheapest price I found, very good quality screen replacement. Will definitely use again if needed.

Avoid like plague, I bought a refurbished phone back in October which turned out to be faulty and I had to send it back TWICE for the same issue. After the second failed repair they now want me to pay more money to do more diagnostic on a phone that they sold me broken in the first place. They are not quick (repairs take between 4 and 5 weeks not 48 hours as advertised) and do not even fix stuff. They are the cheapest around for a reason. I will raise a charge-back with my bank to get my money back.

They are fraudsters , under no circumstances order anything from quick mobile fix , ordered iPhone 7 on 27/5/2020 they took payment knowing full well they could not fulfill the order, after 10 days emailed them for answers as to were my phone was , COVID19 COVID 19 COVID19 was all I got back, but was assured I would get it within another 10 days, didn t happen ORDER CANCELLED was told because of COVID19 no one to issue refund but was promised it would be done on the 16 /7 I emailed them on the 14th to check refund was still happening, my reply was refund will on the day stated ie: the 16th . Guess what no refund, just received email because of COVID19 COVID19 COVID19 refund will now happen on the 7/8 2020 which is another 3 weeks. Spot on! - was dubious about an iPhone, even more so about a 2nd hand one! It had few cosmetics which were mentioned in the description and were of no concern at all ( at least I do not have the anxiety of making the 1st scuff! LOL). I had an I pad 3 with a cracked screen, so searched around on the web as you do and found these guys and I'm delighted that I did. You pay ( a very reasonable price), they email you a prepaid label, you take the parcel to the post office then a few days later it returns via courier fixed with a free cover. Whats not to like, I have recommended them already and would again.

Needed a replacement phone quickly and was not disappointed with my purchase - as good as new without a mark. Highly recommend.

What a bunch of crooks, they have no stock and seem to source a phone once they have your hard earned cash. No phone number, slow responses via email with another 'delay' quality control always fail it to buy them a further 7-10 days. can only imagine how bad a warranty claim would be. I bought a IPhone 2 months ago, they were supposed to deliver in 10 working days, after 15 working days the phone was not ready yet, and they couldn t say when it would be. I bought a phone from this company and it did come a little later than they had stated but when I got in touch with them they rectified the error the same day and my phone arrived the next day. My phone was very good quality and I would buy from them again.

Terrible service made an order which then wasn t delivered within the specified time frames. Poor communication regarding expected delivery date meant I cancelled my order. Upon cancelling I was advised it would take 14 workings days for my money to be returned, it s more than a month since cancellation of the order and I still haven t received my refund and after numerous emails as they never pick up phone calls, I m now going through my credit card company to get my money returned. If I were you I would never deal with this company!!

Had 2 iPhones just before Christmas both like new amazing value did have to contact them as one item was delayed they replied pretty much straight away with a response will be using quick fix mobile again.

Very quick service. And a good price. Posted back the same day that they received it.
The home button now seems a little deeper in the screen but it's better than a cracked screen and seems to work fine.

The Iphone I ordered arrived on the day that I expected and in the condition I expected.

An awful company who take orders for phones that they do not have in stock. I ordered my iPhone 7 on the 5th September and was told lies for weeks on end about it being checked before being dispatched. After 3 and a half weeks of lies I cancelled the phone and I am still waiting for my refund now. DO NOT order from this company as they are an absolute joke and will take your money despite not having your phone in stock. Love this website I ve bought multiple refurbished phones from them and they ve all worked exactly the same as a new phone and I love that they give you a year free warranty if there s something not right. Order an iphone 2 months ago, I've emailed you almost every day and you kept saying the same thing, we are testing the item it will be ready end of this week or beginning or next week, this for 8 weeks.
When I finally decided to cancel the order ylu said someone would contact me within 72 hours and the refund could take up to 14 days from when the order is cancelled, this is just unacceptable.

Really good service and my daughter is very happy with the phone so far. Would definitely use this company again to buy a refurbished phone particularly as you get a warranty.

Took just over 4 weeks to receive my money despite me posting my phone promptly and there being no issues with it. Initially, communication was fine via Twitter but I was eventually just ignored when chasing the payment. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because of the customer support I received on Twitter. I have now received the full amount due.

After a late dispatch I had to wait 14 working days to get my phone. Tracking number didn t work when they sent it. Waited in on two separate days for my iPhone 7, only to be told by the courier that they use, delivery was attempted but a card was left because I was out. Completely untrue.



It s looking like I ll have to go through my credit card company and Trading Standards to get this sorted. Please avoid this company.

Had a few dealings with Quick Mobile fix. Repaired my S6 quickly and all good. Loan phone was essential for me so thanks for that facility.

Additionally, ordered a few cases from them and they were delivered quickly, well packed and as expected so thanks again.

They then informed me no longer under warranty and I would not supply my Apple ID and password, which they did not need anyway to fix a screen problem. Excellent service. I've had two iPhone screens replaced recently and they both look like new. Quick turnaround, and the (very reasonable) quoted price included postage both ways and VAT.

Cancelled my order on the same day of order due to change of plans. It has almost been 1 month since i haven t yet received my refund.

Quick Mobile Fix had my phone first of all way back in march to replace my broken screen. There was nothing else wrong with the phone other than the screen was cracked. I received the phone back after the first time and it has a blue dot on the screen, this then progressed in the phone freezing and randomly ringing people. They said they require the phone back to fix the issue, so I sent the phone back. I then received my phone back and within 30 minutes the issue was happening again (but worse), I requested a refund, management said NO! So I sent the phone again... They in the end had my phone on four separate occasions and guess what I received it back on Monday 02/05 the phone is now totally broken I cant use it at all. Quick Mobile Fix have now issued a full refund however I have a totally useless phone... After speaking with Apple (who cant help as it is an imported chinese screen) they have said they have never seen such bad work, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.

Sending your beloved iPad in the post to an unknown company is similar to sending your child to school for the first time. However an excellent tracked service with the pad being returned looking as good as new for a fraction of the cost and with a free case. An excellent first class service, let me know if you ever move into childcare.

The worst I ve ever come across. Same as most people on here, 14 working days go by and no phone: you send them emails and you get copy and paste responses. Day 16 and I had enough so cancelled my order only to be told it will take 14 days to get my money back - based on my experience so far and what others have said I have no confidence at all that I will get my money back within 14 days and further more did not sign any T&D to accept these terms. I will be going full steam ahead to take legal action against this cowboy firm and strongly urge everyone to go no where near. Went on amazon and got a new phone for the same price the very next day!!

I ordered a new phone 4 weeks ago and have still not received it. When I have been in contact with Quick Mobile Fix (via email as could not get through on the phone) they assured me that the order has been escalated and somebody is personally looking into the delay. Communication from the company is terrible and they have made lots of promises about delivery dates all of which have been broken. I would avoid this company, if it is not a scam it certainly gives that impression.

6 days and counting since they confirmed receipt of the phone. Simple screen replacement on Z3. 24-48hr promise is a joke. Avoid.
