Very Bad.. three months waiting to get my refund s...

Very Bad.. three months waiting to get my refund still waiting , i hope get my money back . I have returned my parcel and they confirmed all ok refund will be in my account within 3 working days but it is now three months no funds in my account, just received it will take 28 more days what a joke.
