I placed an order (90DBB6) to recycle my phone ear...

I placed an order (90DBB6) to recycle my phone early in September. Having sent the phone straight away, two chaser emails later I am still being told:

A status update is set to occur by the latest at the end of the working day of 03.10.18

The status update will say Payment Processed and this will allow us to give you a clearer insight of a Payment Date

You will then see the funds in your account within 7-10 working days

So in total it should be at a minimum, six weeks from when I sent the phone to when I get paid? That s if I get paid at all?! This is borderline theft and reading reviews I am not the only customer this has happened to. Shocking service.
