Paid for a phone 30/07/19 from Quick Mobile Fix and cancelled the order because the phone didn t arrive. This was after being reassured via phone and email it had been sent but after 9 days of no tracking or updates I requested a refund. Since then Emails back and forth and still nothing? No refund of the phone I never received! Reported issue to FSA
