I ordered a phone for my sons birthday and it has failed to arrive and still no dispatch and no idea regarding when it will be dispatched. a refund has been ordered to be told 14 working days before it will be processed. I have contacted trading standards and on the 15th day from purchase which will be next tuesday i will be phoning my bank to reclaim the money. Disgraceful this was a gift and this company needs closing down so they cannot do this to people again
