i ordered a mobile for my 13 year old daughter for Cristmas on the evening of 11th December, funds were taken from my account on 13th December, order has still not been dispatched, when i realized next day delivery was only for UK i tried to change address so it could be delivered to a relative who was coming over for weekend, i was told this was not possible but phone would be dispatched on 19th latest 20th December, phone has still not been dispatched and contact phone number is constantly engaged, waiting for a reply to my email because at least if my payment is refunded i can buy one here so she has her wish for christmas, first negative review i have ever sent but totaly frustrated with lack of correspondence. i have since asked for a refund immediately as i need to get my daughter a present for christmas, still awaiting a reply
