Placed my order on 29th August and one month later still don't have my phone. Chased them up and spoke to someone very apologetic and said that it would now be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday which also didn't happen. Now moved house so can no longer access the phone (of which I did inform them) and need a refund but according to previous reviews it seems these are difficult to get. Really disappointed by this and hoping it isn't a scam company. Will update re. refund when can get through to them (have been struggling).

Ordered a iPhone X on the website almost 3 months ago, cancelled it less than 12 hours earlier and the payment should have never gone through. A month later it showed on my bank statement that I had been charged. I contacted the company and still haven t received money back even though I never even got the phone NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED! Been back and forward emails the past month stalling with me and won t give back any money. Wish I read the reviews first!! Too many bad reviews to overlook. Bad company DO NOT BUY from them! They sent the phone it arrived late and the wrong colour, as well as having a broken speaker... (people can't hear me on calls basically). I told them about this and they refused to help. So they illegally send customers faulty items, advertised as fully working.
DO NOT USE QUICK MOBILE FIX. I stupidly thought my order would be delivered as request. APC didn't leave any card, so I didn't know when they had called. They request they only deliver Monday to Friday 9-5. I tried to re arrange however they will only deliver to the address Quick tell them too.
I tried to cancel the order and Quick want me to return a phone I have never received.
My point- yes use them if you want to take two days annual leave, sit by your door, oh and if you miss the delivery you will struggle to get your money back. I have of course tried to phone both parties, still no luck. PLEASE go elsewhere.
Update 15.12.2015 At last after numerous emails Victoria has agreed to get APC to return the phone to Quick and process a refund.
So keep in mind if you do order, wait in all day, because in my experience anyway, a txt, email, phone call to let you know when your phone will be delivered won't happen, and if you miss it, well you'll just have to do the whole thing again.

Honestly the worst experience I ve ever had. Ordered my phone on the 30th jan and still not recieved by 17th feb. Asked for a refund and was told that would take an additional 30 days! Then asked if they can guarantee it wouldn t take another week I d just wait for the phone. The customer service assistant called Adam just simply replied No they ve now ignored any further emails and I ve had to do a charge back as I paid on credit card. If I d have paid on debit card I d be completely fu**ed right now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not very convinced by this company. I have had multiple problems with payment, and they were a bit slow to get the money back to my account, even after I had chased them up. Additionally the company do not send phones to any other address than your billing address. I appreciate this is for security reasons, but for students or anyone not living at 'home' this is highly impractical and only adds to the already fairly slow process of ordering a phone. That said, if the phone arrives and works as well as they advertise, I will be willing to up this rating to four stars.

The initial price quoted for my iPhone wasn t given but I accepted the new price. It then took almost 9 WEEKS to receive payment. Constant chasing and a number of failed promises of payment dates. Seriously go somewhere else it s just not worth the hassle.

Found system of returning my phone for recycling to be very user friendly. The time between QMF receiving my phone and me receiving the payment was longer than I'd expected - 10 days. However I kept in touch with customer services by email and they were quick to respond and accurate in their info.
Phone is fantastic , just what I was looking for..

I ordered a refurbished phone from this company, they said it would arrive within 5 working days, but actually took over 6 weeks, only when I chased them repeatedly by email and on the phone. The phone that arrived was the wrong colour and the screen stopped working before I had even set it up. I then sent it back within the 14 days of their refund policy and they confirmed I would receive a full refund. I had to chase them for this for over two months, despite being repeatedly told my money would be in my account within 48 hours, and only received the money when I informed them I had put a claim in with Small Claims Court. Complete shambles.

Very scared my order will not come through. I ve read some of the reviews and many say they have not received an order or they have not been given a refund. Many people are taking this company to a small claims court will there be any guarantee that my phone will arrive.
Dishonest scammers. It's a lottery if you get the phone you ordered. I waited weeks and wished I'd read the poor reviews on this site. I was fobbed off about the reasons for the delay and the excuses were clearly standard, pre-written ones sent to loads of customers. When I cancelled my order they then failed to refund within the deadline so I took them to the Small Claims Court. I suggest anyone in a similar situation do the same. It's easy and QMF have to refund your costs. Just reported them to Trading Standards too.
This paragraph has been added following a chat with a former employee of QMF. He confirmed that most customers are scammed by QMF and suggested I read the reviews given by employees which can easily be found on the internet. QMF pressure employees to say that they are a good company to work for. It is easy to spot those that are telling the truth. As I said above, it is a lottery if you get satisfaction from this company. If you don't be prepared for a long dose of pain whilst you fight to get YOUR money back.

They sell you dodgy batteries with your iPhone with a 100% battery life then after 3 months it goes down to 21% well mine did and a few other people I know and funny enough that s when there 3 month warranty on the battery runs out but everything else is a year what a coincidence please vote this to the top so more people can see this website is a scam
I placed an order for a refurbished iPhone 7 over 2 weeks ago, and still have not received it. After a week of waiting I contacted them and was told I'd been put on the priority list and should receive an update within
24hrs.
I did not.
I checked their order tracker and its status hadn't changed from what they refer to as "processing" (which it had been doing for over a week at this point) I emailed them again and had to wait 4 days as they had closed customer support over the Easter weekend.
I then received an email saying my order was delayed due to quality checks and it should be dispatched within 2-3 days which would mean it would be received, latest, on the 7th April.
As you can probably guess I have not received my device, and it's still "processing."
The inconsistencies between what I'm told and the order tracker status, lead me to believe that they don't have my device in stock at all but still let me place an order for a product that basically doesn't exist and have lied tried to hold on the the money I have given them for as long as possible by lying about its status and making up excuses or dispatch dates.
I am currently waiting for a response regarding a refund and order cancellation.
If anyone is thinking about buying a device from here and wants to receive it in the same year I would not recommend QMF at all.
Awful, do not waste your money. I'm currently claiming mine back from the credit card company I used to pay for the device which I never received. They promise a quick turnaround with the device dispatched within 7 working days.. 24 days later I'm still waiting for my phone! They reply to emails sporadically and each time asking me to wait another 1-4 working days..when I asked for a refund they say 14 working days!

Sent my phone in for repair on 11 June. Got emailed that there would be a 4-7 day delay and it ended up taking until the end of August. Finally got it back and the repair was shocking. The phone is not usable and I've had to purchase another phone. I emailed customer support on 26 September and in spot of "aiming to reply in 24-48 hours" haven't heard anything. It seems this company aims to do a lot that they don't actually do.
Happy with purchase only thing lacking was time it took to tell me that the colour I wanted was unavailable I had to email them to find out why it was taking so long to arrive had you told me it was only available in a diferent colour I would have had it quicker.

STEER CLEAR! I would like to warn about issues with internal parts which aren't immediately apparent with phones from Quick Mobile Fix. (There is potential for Apple to refuse to service phones purchased from them).
Background/context: I have purchased 3 iphones from Quick Mobile Fix over the last couple of years. The first two arrived quickly and have generally been 'OK' albeit with niggly problems such as poor WIFI connection and issues with power/home buttons.
The latest purchase - iphone 6S - purchased in April this year, however, has had some more major problems. The battery began to play up, and the home button stopped working, so I took it to an Apple store to replace the battery and check the home button. Apple refused to service the phone however.
Report from Apple: "Upon opening device, multiple signs of third party modifications present, multiple cowlings missing and screws also missing. Third party button flexes underneath battery, battery removed and double sided tape holding it down, display is third party and some aspects of charging area appear damaged during previous repair.
Status: Due to Combination of battery issue and third party unauthorised repair, Declining service today."
The fingerprint ID has also failed (Apple ran tests and the fingerprint module is not working)
Quick Mobile Fix customer service has been very poor responding to this issue - they keep requesting the phone back for repair - but this would never guarantee that Apple will ever service this phone in the future (I would say therefore, that the product is 'not fit for purpose'). I asked for a refund, and QMF have repeatedly refused this.
We have now reached a deadlock, and am having to consider ODR (online dispute resolution).
Summary: I used to rate QMF as 'OK' - I would now 100% STEER CLEAR!
NB Their Google reviews have gone down sharply too - they used to average 4+ reviews, now they are getting many 1 and 2 star reviews which is pulling their average down considerably.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I placed an order for a refurbed iPhone 7 and was told that it would be dispatched in 10 days and I would get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Two weeks went by and still no email about a dispatch date, so I emailed them and I got the most bland uninformative response telling me that it was getting quality checked and they will dispatch it asap and apologised. Another week goes by without any news from them, so I emailed them to say either sent it out as promised or I will cancel and get refunded. The response was that they were sorry once again but the phone was still in the final stages of "quality checks" and that they guaranteed that by the end of the week I would have my device that I had already paid for.
I waited a further six days and still nothing. I contacted them telling them to cancel and refund my money pronto or I would seek legal action because at that point it was theft. They emailed me two days later to say that my order was sent to the cancellation dept to be authorised and that it will take another two weeks to be refunded!
Honestly have never had a customer service experience like this in my life.

I ordered a grade A iPhone X. Having read more bad reviews than good about Quick Mobile Fix, I began to get really worried and thought I had lost my hard earned money. However, despite waiting 8 days for the phone to arrive I was really impressed with the quality of the phone. Literally a few minor scratches on the screen that are hardly visible but everything else is literally brand new. I like how they included a USB charging cable as well as a pin for the SIM card and a screen protector. The phone comes with a 12 month warranty and I couldn t find any other place that could beat the price! The only downfall would be the delivery time but I have to say it was well worth the wait. This company isn t a con. Their customer service and communication is excellent and when I emailed them about the delivery time frame they responded within a few hours! After sending another email asking about my order, I received an email from Jodie within 1 hour. Overall, a great company that provides high quality phones at bargain prices! I am very Please with my order and I am gladly using my reconditioned iPad. For a reconditioned one it is very had to find any defects in the body of the product.
The phone never arrived after waiting a month so I requested a refund and they couldn't tell me when I would actually get the refund apart from it could be longer than three weeks. I asked for a chargeback through my bank instead as I don't believe it is even legal to keep someone's money for that long.
I have received a faulty product and I'm struggling to get a refund despite requesting this in several e-mails. I am very disappointed with the product service and would not recommend using this company.
Nowon day 7. Phone still not dispatched. Company don t answer the phone and reply with very generic emails stating to check order tracker on their website. Very dodgey company - clearly selling stock that they don t have and forcing customers to wait weeks and weeks for it. AVOID.
UPDATE: refund has now been requested 4 times and quick mobile fix are now not responding to emails. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am shocked that they are still in business.

I ordered an iPhone 6s and chose one in an "Excellent" condition (one down from the best which is "Pristine") .
It took 10 days to arrive, which is a little slow but within the timescales they promise - but the iPhone was very good - better than I expected with no visible marks that I could see and everything is fully working.
I expected the battery to need replacing - but so far (after just a few days of use) it seems quite good (the iPhone says it can't determine the battery condition - so maybe it is not an Apple battery?)
Overall - I am very pleased - provided you don't want the newest and most expensive iPhone, there is nothing to dislike.
Be warned, this is a scam site that takes your money and makes no effort to deliver your order.
Unless you chase every day and threaten legal action and or reporting to trading standards or the FCA regulator, they won t refund your money.

I payed for an iPhone 8 and they said it would be next day delivery, 4-weeks later and me chasing them multiple times, still no phone. I then requested a refund which never came. Received a phone on 29th july which was faulty, returned it, then they send back after 5 weeks. Another faulty phone received so sent it back in the prepaid packing they had sent it to me in with the prepaid envelope. After a week of me emailing them about the phone they tell me they wont repair it as it has a crack in the screen possibly caused in transit. I should claim from Royal Mail!!

Ordered 2 iPhones on 24th November (Black Friday deals) in good time for Christmas. Not received within the quoted 3-5 days so I chased up as no attempt to contact me regarding the delay. Fobbed off with delays due to the extra quality control checks we have been required to carry out including a slight delay due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders on Black Friday weekend . Have chased several times since and promised will be dispatched soon until today 13th December (almost 3 weeks later) am told there is a delay in colour ordered and do I want alternative colours that can be sent immediately.... NO!! What an absolute joke and a sham of company. Should just own up to not having the items I ordered in stock. Will not use again and would advise others not to either! Just hope they don t as long to refund my money. What a shambles!

I ordered with Quick-fix mobile on 28th Feb 2019.
Having had previous good experience. I ordered i phone 6s plus 64gb in pristine condition, I have received it today, 2nd April. way over 7/10 day delivery time. it does appear to be in excellent condition but I have had to email a number of times to get updates about delivery and was put off a number of times. Quick- fix could alleviate some of the issue by contacting customers to explain there is a delay rather than having to be chased it would also be better to stop using stock phrase off " Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."
I am also supposed to have received phone cover sent on 27th March which has not been received.
To sum up I have a on first impressions got a very good phone at decent price but have had to wait 23 working days for. I believe that in this day and age is too long.
I was also offered a discount on accessories as apology I accepted and ordered a case which was supposedly sent out on 27th March but todate is conspicuous by its absence. I.E not delivered to date.

So I originally placed my order on the 9th September 2018 and my phone is still not in the condition I payed for. I payed for the back plate the LCD screen and the loud speaker to be fixed and only the LCD screen and back plate was fixed. I have sent you back the phone with a letter explaining every thing that needs to be fixed because when i got it back the sim card slot was sticking out and I cant push it back in and it loses signal, the bolts on the bottom are miss matched colours and the loud speaker still does not work. I want a refund for the loud speaker and for the miss matched bolts and the sim card slot and the fact that it has taken this long and i still don't have the phone in a condition I payed for.
The fact your company has managed to go on this long is beyond me. Look at all the negative reviews!!

Ordered a phone on 5th May, turned up within 2 days, damaged. I sent the phone back on the 8th. I was told a replacement would be sent out as priority.
I was NOT told they would carry out an investigation into the delivery before they would send the replacement.
On 27th of May after several ignored emails I cancelled the order.
Over a week later and Iv still not received confirmation of a cancellation or a refund.
Quickmobilefix are quick to take your order, quick to take your money but will do everything possible to ignore you when there s a problem!! Then you leave a bad review and they ask you to email them to resolve this issue. What a waste of my time!! Utter joke of a company.

Ordered and paid, 7 days passed received no updates so emailed to chase up dispatch. Was told to wait 10 working days for it to be sent, still nothing so chased again. Received a reply to advise there was a delay and was going to be a few more working days before it was sent. I asked To cancel the order as it was now 3 weeks since I ordered. They confirmed my order was cancelled but would take 14 working days to receive the refund. Well surprise surprise 14 WORKING days has passed and no refund or reply to my emails. Have since spoken to my bank who are now dealing with it. Total waste of 5 weeks, no new phone and now my previous phone I was selling as gone down in value. Would avoid completely, plenty of other company s to buy from.
Brought a phone 10/08/2020 but cancelled straight after the order after learning it would take up to 10 working days. They said it would take 3 weeks to refund me and I still haven't received any money from them.
Don't make the same mistake as me and many others have. Very Bad company avoid them.
Quick mobile fix are anything but quick to give you money back . I ordered a Iphone 6 on the 7th of April and cancelled the order before they had even sent the phone and after 13 weeks later I still have not received my refund for a phone this company did even send , I would recommend to get a new phone for a more respectable company as this one is a joke.

Do not buy a phone from this shambles of a company. I ordered a phone at the beginning of January and now it is coming close to 2 months and I haven't received it. I sent frequent emails to customer but they just assured me the phone would arrive in 1-4 days every single time but obviously this was a complete lie. This company has not got the stock which they are selling. Do not waste your time or money and buy a phone elsewhere. Furthermore, my brother encountered the same problem previously, this is not a one-off, QuickMobileFix are lying to customers repeatedly.

Honestly ridiculous! I can't with words say how unprofessional this service is.I ordered a iPhone 7 a week ago and they promised that it would now be dispatched but of course they have now pushed it to 2 weeks.I got my old phone fixed here and it broke a few days later that was a moth ago and their phone lines are still "broken". To conclude DO NOT buy from here or get repairs here.

A good company that means well, great staff, courteous and articulate - they supply great refurbished phones - however, they need to up their game big time re back up services, repairs and replacements and fulfil what they promise and be more transparent to customers -
I have had nothing but trouble with this company for the past 9 months. After paying for a grade A phone I have had multiple returns, failed repairs, and not one fully functional phone. They are incapable of anything. Do not do business with them.
Do not buy a phone from these guys. Several reasons 1) it took over 3 weeks to arrive 2) you can never get through to support on the phone 3) the phone developed a fault, weeks to respond 4) took it the apple shop and - the screens not original, the battery is not original, screws were missing. Basically I am dumping the phone - junk!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Unreliable company, they not respond and they literally lying. I m trying to get my refund for more than 3 months for an order what I cancelled within 24 hours.
I m about to take official steps and report them. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are unlawful.

Extremely angry with this group of fraudsters! it seems that they have been able to to do the same to many other people including myself. I took 90 minutes to get hold of someone only for them to give me some rubbish excuse that I couldn't go to their unit for legal reasons, saying that they couldn't guarantee my safety! I will be reporting this and seeking to get my money back! SHAMBLES
WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life , total SCAM from day 1 , take your money , don't send the item , took me 3 months and 30 emails to get my money back after involving my bank. I went to another mobile provider, MUSIC MAGPIE were amazing, sent me the same phone on next day delivery a week before Christmas, was in amazing condition , DO NOT USE QUICK FIX, TRADING STANDARDS WILL CLOSE THEM DOWN SCUMBAGS.
I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 5C and the goods were received in a very timely manner and in the condition expected and overall are very content with the service supplied.
Bought a iphone 4 as I wanted a cheap unlocked phone for my daughter. Arrived very quick and in perfect working order. The condition was exactly as described. Would definately buy from here again.

28.2.20 - emailed again and initiated a live chat & was told my replacement phone MIGHT be shipped between the 3rd and 5th of March.
This will mean 3 months and still not resolved.
Responded well to a request for a quick delivery and all good with the phone on receipt.
