Appalling. Really disappointed with the overall company in all honestly, from not only the customer service team to the social media team.
Following my partner receiving his order and opening an apparent Prestine Condition iPhone 6 we were both quite shocked for there to be a crack at the top of the screen. Then going back and checking order confirmation, we knew he had definitely ordered and payed for this.
Since this both myself and my partner had tried to contact customer services multiple times a day with no chance of getting through whatsoever! Also sending emails and receiving none if not completely useless emails at that. The only way of receiving a reply within 24hrs is through social media, usually twitter. And these are also completely unhelpful, unreliable and useless to anybody. Hadn t even considered that we would have an experience like this as it is called quick mobile fix , very rarely quick and if any part is quick it s significantly unhelpful.
After finally getting in contact with you by phone which was an actually miracle, the person working within customer services seemed unbothered by this and it was clear they are used to hearing complaints of this sort. We then sent pictures of the damaged phone and due to there being no report made within 7 days of receiving the phone( due to no fault of our own but to there phone lines and unhelpful staff) , it would have to be passed onto a manager. This seems like an extremely long process for a regular problem as I see all across reviews. Not happy at all.
