Hi there, I'm writing this review in the hope that I will get the customer service's attention. I ordered a phone last month to replace my faulty one but it never came in the estimated delivery time promised. As I was in a desperate need of a phone, I had to cancel the order and request a refund. They promised a refund within the next 10 to 14 working days. As expected, they've been late at refunding me as well. I have emailed them several times and every time they promise me the money will be in my account the next day. Every time I check my bank account, no refund has been processed. I really wish they would be honest with me, right now, I fear that I've been set up and that they are scamming me. My friend recommended them and I trusted their business. I don't know what to think anymore I just really wish they would reach out and give me my refund at last.
