I have bought three refurbished iphones, at different times. The first one, which I have recently received, unfortunately has a very poor volume range, so I will be contacting them about it.....I will then find out how good their customer service is. I am also disappointed with their 10 day period for sending the item.....I fail to see why that length of time is necessary. Most retailers operate a prompt receive order and despatch service ....after all, using Paypal should guarantee their order payment.
