I purchased a microwave oven, on the Monclick website it was written that this product was not in stock and it took 12 days for delivery. Order and payment sent approximately in mid-June while the oven was delivered on July 31, after almost 45 days. Patience for the delay, but if I had not telephoned the communications center, very kind, I would not have known that the delivery was delayed, but they were unable to tell me how much. We come to the actual delivery; the cardboard was intact and showed no signs of bruising, unfortunately when I opened the cardboard, I noticed that the polystyrene was damaged and the oven door frame was also disconnected (the most delicate part of the product). I read the instructions for the various complaints and, as I well knew, not having made the necessary reports on the bubble, I could not make any complaints. I would like to point out that electronics products, by their very nature more delicate, must be delivered by checking the entire logistics chain, from storage to the recipient. It was the first order and I must say that as ... "welcome", I expected better.
