bad. ordered on September 27th. not receiving any ...

bad. ordered on September 27th. not receiving any mail, I found out that it was stuck on October 2nd. I called the customer service and a girl had me that I had requested the reverse charge (I had not even realized it sincerely, so I assume that usability was not really perfertta about it) and then was stuck waiting for documents. but I had not received any emails about it, it was written in the order confirmation. so I did not know that I had to do something until October 2 (and the order was urgent for me). the customer service on October 2 told me that I could pay the VAT and that I would send an email as soon as possible about it: I did not receive anything (if the operator has forgotten ... it can happen). the 3 I called the customer service and this time the operator sent me the email with instructions for payment, which was written among other things that to pay by credit card I had to call the customer service (but not he could tell me right away when he had me on the phone, since I told him I would pay with paper) ... and I was in a hurry.
