SHAME ON YOU...
I'd like to know where my order is. Order # YA19134936 of December 3.
confirmed on December 4th .. Shipped from the central warehouse to the local HUB on December 8th ... and then .. nothing ... before it was scheduled for delivery on the 9th ... now it's not even there anymore scheduling on delivery ... The courier AMATI SRL does not reply to email or phone. emails sent to monclick completely ignored ... I have been buying via e-commerce for more than 15 years .. and this is the first time that I am in this situation ... MONCLICK ... Will you let me know something?
I don't know if the TV will ever come to me but I will certainly never buy on MONCLICK again and will advise all my friends not to do it.
I strongly advise against buying from this seller.
