Very bad, they don't answer the phone, neither the e-mail nor the faxes.
Ordered YA16957047 dated 09/23/2019. The product was NOT AVAILABLE, I requested the cancellation of the order by fax.
The money on my credit card was taken IMMEDIATELY at the time of the order despite the product was not available.
at the moment I have not yet received the re-credit despite continuing to send mails and faxes.
