I purchased a washer-dryer as delivery times, ever...

I purchased a washer-dryer as delivery times, everything was ok. Too bad that having paid for pick-up and assembly, it was not very professional given that at the first wash the washer-dryer started to jump and make a deafening noise. Moving the washer-dryer I realized that it was not a transport bolt had been removed and the feet had not been adjusted. Since you do not answer calls I write here I hope you are more careful.
