I bought a (new) laptop at the end of February, I sent an email to ask for clarification about something that was not clear to me because the guarantee had already been active for several months. I never received an answer even after the covid emergency. The product also had a problem with the fan always on even when I was resting and I had to send it for repair immediately. No more purchases on Monclik.
