I think a star is too much. Ordered a product on Monday, delivery scheduled for Tuesday / Wednesday. Wednesday arrives and obviously the order is still to be processed. I call the customer service (they answer, so to speak, 3 hours a day) and the phone does not ring (perhaps the line was off seeing how many will be in my same situation). I decide to write to their Facebook page and I am told that my order number does not exist. I publish the email screen with their order number and I am told that unfortunately they are overworked and that they would have processed my order. I request that my order be canceled since the product I needed in a short time, I confirm the cancellation always on the Facebook chat. After about an hour I am contacted by their customer service (hallelujah!) And the operator reassuring me tells me that they would have suspended the order and made the refund.
Today I receive an email telling me that my order has been shipped and that I have to reject the goods for a refund (eBay instead claims otherwise, doing as I was told they were to blame and eBay could do nothing about it) .
I will appeal to those who have to get this refund.
