Purchased a washer-dryer on October 9th, immediate payment Payarm tarmite, washer-dryer arrived on October 29th, failed on the 30th requested the return on October 31st. Made approved November 8 pick up December 17 !!!!
To date (30 December) the refund has not yet been made, the call center never responds and even if you leave the cell number. they don't call you back.
