I summarize chronologically the odyssey that I lived, not to be quite time consuming:

- I ordered a microwave.
- They sent me a printer, instead of the microwave.
- Contact them by e-mail: ignore me.
- Telephone MORE 'OF 60 TIMES (yes), and I can finally talk to someone.
- they quickly resumed printer. But not send my micoonde.
- Mando other emails: still ignore.
- Pass another morning on the phone at which point I propose a refund. BUT BEWARE: the microwave I meant buying CE THEY STILL IN STOCK. It's available! Except that in the meantime have raised the selling price, and obviously they do not want to "waste" a "only" piece to honor the agreed transaction!
- After huge insistence, and waiting even longer than a week, finally send me the microwave.

Summary: NEVER 'MONCLICK!

I ADD ONE LAST THING: I carefully read the other negative reviews, noting that Monclick as tiny tactical defensive, always responding to the mat and with copy-paste:

"Hello Simona / Luke / Mark / John, to carry out checks on the incident we asked you your order number / your customer number / other information, but you you never responded."

Well, before Monclick use this cowardly strategy even with my report, I confirm as of now to anyone reading this review that I EVER - and I mean NEVER! - I received a notice from Monclick without giving immediate and comprehensive response. What you invent something else!
