It is 10 days since I started the return procedure...
It is 10 days since I started the return procedure for a product (returned No. 77792) and I have not received any information on how to return. I call customer service every day and no one answers, I sent written communications also via pec and no one answered. I'm losing patience, it's an infamous way of treating customers
