DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!!!! I purchased earphones on 7/12 to 02/01/2020 n. order YA19138756 nobody knows anything about it but the money is taken immediately, there is no customer service, they are always unreachable by phone, they don't answer by email. After some of my emails they sent me a tracking number, therefore I believe the product was shipped by contacting the courier and they tell me that they have not received anything and that Monclick wrapped up loads the shipping codes without sending anything. In my part this can be called SCAM !!!
