Given all the negative reviews, I feel obliged to give my testimony regarding the store and the delivery service to the floor. I bought a siemens tumble dryer on 4th October (41% discounted) (real), therefore with an excellent price. Today, October 9th I was handed over (free to the plan); what can I say, I am very satisfied and if there will be an opportunity I will certainly buy again from Monoclick. Thank you
