I purchased the roomba 616 from Monclick on the ebay portal with a very competitive price (189.00 euros). I made an urgent bank transfer on 01 April 2020. After a few days not receiving any feedback I tried to send an email, but there is no email to write to, you must fill in the appropriate format directly on the Monclick website which however does not release any ticket of the request, as well as no "take charge" email. After a few days I then phoned the assistance number where an automatic entry allows you to check the status of the order by entering the relevant order number. In my case, the order did not exist and I was invited to contact an operator during service hours. For some days I have been trying to contact customer service (most recently this morning - 12 times!), But the line is constantly busy.

Obviously the slowdowns are understandable due to the emergency in progress, but all of us are working in smart working these days and after 6 days from payment I believe that this behavior will damage the relationship of trust

Before placing your order, I recommend calling Monclick, in this way you can check for yourself if the supplier actually has the facility to be able to process your order or if it is efficient only in receiving payment.
While confident of receiving the product (... I don't know when and in what conditions) obviously my opinion on the management of the relationship with the customer is very bad.

Evening update: I receive an automatic email informing me that the order has been processed, I look forward to receiving the product.
