I placed an order on November 28th, tracking no. YA19118985.
Since December 3 is delivered to the local courier, but to date I have not received anything yet. I kindly ask for quick information on this, since it is a gift. Thank you. 26/12: despite a reminder here and several emails I have not received any feedback. I simply asked to have direct contact the local courier in order to know how to receive the goods, given that appearance for almost a month! I'm really disappointed by the lack of communication.
