I wanted to try, despite the negative comments, the covid period ... invest in Italian companies, etc ... AVOID MONCLICK !!

I buy a slicer, which arrives unopened, but once removed from the packaging (intact) I realize that the blade cover is broken.
I take the photos and send a return request on 17/04/2020. On 27/04/2020 I have the authorization to return, the courier comes and collects the package ... From there on a NIGHTMARE !!!
monclick DISAPPEARANCE, I have no communication from them !!
They avoid replying to emails, and if they do, they do it when annoyed.
0 attention to the customer !!
Hurried copy-paste answers, always the same: "we're waiting", "sorry", blah ... blah ...
Last in July: "Dear Customer,

At the moment the product is not returned to our logistics, we asked the courier to verify the status of the shipment.
