You must be ashamed! Zero seriousness, quick just to take the money. Unable to communicate both with monclick and with the courier they chose. No matter the extreme number of attempts made, call centers are and remain ghosts.

Speaking of your choice concerning the courier (AmatiJR), the next time I ask for delivery by staff of the Roma camp near here, so much the package does not arrive the same, at least saving 33 euros.

Update: obtained full repayment via ebay. I repeat, don't buy.
