I never bought from this store because the prices are not at all competitive (very expensive). This time I wanted to try because I could not find my object immediately available anywhere else. Having paid very dearly once I arrived I could see that it was defective. I tried to start the restitution procedure, without success, because the site in question did not respond to the forms they requested. Having badly managed to get in touch via E.mail they confirmed that everything worked properly (which is not true) then they told me that if they had not had availability for the replacement of the faulty object, its internal rules provided for the issuance of a voucher to spend at your convenience in your shop (refund of the money paid is not included). I leave the reader to imagine this comment in which hands I had fallen.

PS. Being a radio-repairer, I gave up their unhealthy after-sales service, personally repairing the defect. I DON'T WANT TO FEEL SOMETHING ABOUT "MONCLICK" EVEN FROM A KILOMETER OF DISTANCE! ... If one wants to sleep peacefully, he has to buy on "AMAZON" works better and is safer than a store near home.
