Bad.
We buy a refrigerator on the site and wait confidently for a week but the order on the site is always in progress. We try to contact support and we can not talk to any operator. We try again until after a long wait with a gentleman who tells us that the refrigerator is not available and the order can not be processed. Then cancel the order.
If we did not call ourselves when they would let us know there was a problem ?! NEVER?!
We have been without a refrigerator for a week and we were waiting for the delivery of a refrigerator that did not exist! ABSURD!
