Now that I read so many negative reviews I understand where I went to fall. I can not help but recognize myself in other reviews in which are described inefficiency and ease in telling lies only to get out of their responsibilities. Anyway, my story is this: when I bought a fridge, I was first shown the wrong company in charge of transport, and then, when it was delivered, I found the surprise when it was opened. A dent on the freezer door. Note that the cardboard was absolutely intact and the fridge was protected by polystyrene. Procedure: opening the file and sending photographic documentation. I had to call after a few days to get news. The poor girl on duty told me that the request had been rejected because the packaging was not intact. Now I say how could I see the fridge without removing the packaging? Unfortunately, it is those companies that ruin the environment. Thank goodness there are so many other companies that seriously and professionally contribute to keeping this purchasing system alive. Please do not reply to this email as much as you want to say, I read it in many other attempts to justify you.
