Future Tel is a bait and switch operation. Sent in an LG for repair, they claim they cannot touch it before I pay them $300+ to fix the screen chip. I've attached a photo. Issue has nothing to do with the screen, but they want to make more money. Read the other reviews.

I'm not sure why I'm shocked after reading all the reviews.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ONLY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE ENCOUNTERED WAS LG. PURE GARBAGE.
