Overall experience was terrible. Both Futuretel and Huawei. Sent in a Nexus 6p because it bricked itself after an update. Phone was useless. Sent it in Nov. 16. It arrived the Nov. 18th. Heard nothing till today (Dec. 16), after 4 phone calls and escalations over the past MONTH just to find out what is going on.
Phone was less than 9 months old, but the camera glass did have a crack which occurred in the first two weeks. So voided warranty, but the problem is completely unrelated to a cracked camera glass. 8.5 months of perfect operation, but then there is a software issue and it can only be remedied for $389.
Oh and $25 analysis fee paid within 30 days if you want to get your phone back, or else they keep your worthless phone.
Just flat out unsatisfied. Definitely would recommend any other solution you can think of.
