I have a Huawei Nexus 6p and its battery was dying at around 25% (it would just shut off). I called Huawei support and they said it was covered until October 2017 and that they would replace the battery. I only had to pay shipping one way ($14 via Canada Post).

I shipped it out the morning of Thursday and received it fixed the following Wednesday. Less than a week and it was fixed and back in my possession!

My only complaint was that they removed the tempered glass screen protector, but I was informed beforehand that the screen protector would most likely be removed. My phone repair was quicker than ordering a screen protector replacement (ordered same day)!

Great job with quick service - thanks!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I was able to call their support number and talk to a person about the status. I forgot to include my return address (I assumed Huawei would have sent it along), so they called me and had me email it over. I called a few days later for a status update and talked to one of the reps without an issue!

Edit: a short while after receiving my phone, I realized they had damaged the proximity sensor. I sent it back for a repair again (covered by Huawei), and the left debris under the lens glass, scratched the back, and bent the aluminum side. After the third time, they replaced it with a new Nexus 6p. It was nice to get a new phone, but they technicians are garbage. It took A LOT of arguing and time on the phone and sending emails with Huawei to get this covered on the 2nd and 3rd time. Cellular Magician or the mall shops are a million times better. I would never send them a device again, even if it was covered.
