LG G5 Phone was sent here from Fido on Jan. 12, 20...

LG G5 Phone was sent here from Fido on Jan. 12, 2017. Problem: power button on the back, which is also the home button and finger sensor stopped working. Sent in for repair.
Phone returned to Fido store for pickup on Jan.

Power button worked!

Unfortunately, OS would not boot up with SIM card inserted. Without SIM, Android OS would boot. After a factory reset, everything worked, but the OS would randomly crash and restart the phone. This happened for a couple of days and now the entire phone won't even boot. When plugged in, there's no signal of it receiving an electric charge.

Feb. 2, 2017: Being sent back to this place for repair, via Fido. Not sure what they're going to do, but it's far worse than when they received it. I would have kept the faulty button had I known this would happen. :/
